Translated the blurb about the 1.2 patch on the french version of the site and it says it is suitable for the english version, or as babelfish translates it:
"Versions concerned with the patches 1.2 for Conflict Zone and 1.1 for Edland (editor of cards for Conflict Zone) the patches 1.2 for Conflict Zone and 1.1 for Edland apply only to the versions of Conflict Zone listed below: - Conflict Zone English Version version 1.0 - Conflict Zone English Version version 1.1 - Conflict Zone German Version version 1.0 - Conflict Zone German Version version 1.1 - Conflict Zone French Version version 1.0 - Conflict Zone French Version version 1.0"

But it still drops me straight back into the desktop when I try to run it.

Hi,
I got the original englisch version and that 1.2 patch with the french faq with it,
but when i copy it into the conflict zone directory i get an error when starting the program............this error comprises of a file it has troubles with "B394...?.TMP"
or something like that and it returns to the windows ME desktop.
So this patch doesn't work at all!!
When do these guys who created this game do something about this??
